This painting is part of the “Little Things Worlds” series and is one of the earlier works. It’s elegant, simple, and technically precise. While it doesn’t reveal any extraordinary surprises, it does establish a calm and positive mood. The depiction of a descending spider adds a nice touch, and the wrinkled canvas folds are portrayed skillfully. Overall, it’s a painting that sets a mood.
