Education & Background
Feng Zhengjie was born in 1968 in Sichuan, China.
He graduated from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1992 and later obtained a master’s degree from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.
Feng Zhengjie is associated with the Cynical Realism movement in Chinese contemporary art, which emerged in the 1990s and often featured satirical or critical elements.
His works typically focus on the portrayal of women, and his style combines elements of traditional Chinese portraiture with contemporary pop art influences.
Feng Zhengjie’s art has been exhibited internationally, and he has gained recognition in the global art market.
Feng Zhengjie’s works have been sold at major auction houses such as Christie’s, Sotheby’s, and Phillips.
Prices for his paintings can vary widely depending on the size, subject matter, and provenance of the artwork.
